This is a pretty awesome deal I found recently, just join Chili's E-Mail Club and you can print out a coupon for a free Chips & Queso (no purchase necessary)! They will also send coupons through your email periodically. My hubby & I ate there last weekend and got full on this appetizer. All we paid for were the drinks!
